No refunds will be offered for cancelled appointments or missed appointments. Please notify us as soon as possible before your appointment time so that we may continue to assist other clients. Cancelled appointments with reasonable notification and missed appointments, on a case-by-case basis may qualify for rescheduling.
We will make every effort to ensure that our appointment occurs at the agreed upon time. If, for any reason Tracy Vann is unable to meet with you at the agreed upon time, we will provide as much notification as possible, and reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.
