Boy have my last couple of months been hectic and do not seem to be letting up anytime soon. However, I know that these somewhat stressful situations are things that are on my path for a reason. While being highly intuitive and psychic certainly helps, it does not stop life from having my ass handed to me sometimes.
Back in March I started getting a feeling that one of our vehicles was going to break down this summer. I told my husband about this gut feeling and he responded with, “Our daughters car is starting to burn oil and now has over 100,000 miles on it. It is probably time to let it go and get a new one.” This made the most sense at the time since of course our daughters car was the oldest of the three vehicles. We traded her car in, gave her my car (which is only a 2015), and got myself a new one.
Fast forward two months and heading into summer, the car I handed down to her is now leaking transmission fluid. This is just one of several events over the past couple of months that my psychic has warned me of.
We thought that by getting rid of the oldest vehicle we would avoid one of the cars taking a shit this summer.
This goes to show that no matter how much you try to avoid unfortunate events, the universe will step in and say “No, no, you are not that slick. You are going to have to deal with this.” Everything does in fact happen for a reason. At the beginning of this week, the car situation had me at my wits end.
I decided it was time to get outside, get into nature, and get my walk on — Ground, decompress, and clear my mind.
As soon as my daughter and I start on our walk, we find a bull frog in our path. Now this isn’t a typical spot for a bull frog to be, but here it is, right on our path. The bull frog wasn’t trying to get away, it was sitting there calmly almost as if it was waiting for us.
My daughter and I then started thinking about what the spiritual symbolism is of seeing this bull frog in such an odd place where there are no ponds around. We have never seen them here before, so we decided to look up the symbolism whenever we got home.
It turns out that a bull frogs message is to stay calm no matter what the situation is, and just keep moving forward. I was becoming weary of all the unfortunate events going on within the past few months.
The bull frog was there to remind me that this too shall pass.
